Consent to Use Electronic Records and Signatures

In this Consent, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the AutoGravity Corporation and its participating network of lenders. The words “you” and “your” mean the individual(s) providing consent. “Communication” means any application, agreement, authorization, amendment, disclosure, notice, privacy policy, or other information related to your credit transaction.

You have indicated you wish to receive and sign Communications electronically. Some of the information in the Communications is required by law to be “in writing,” which means you may be entitled to receive the information on paper, however with your consent we may provide this information to you electronically instead. We also need your general consent to use electronic records and signatures in connection with your credit application. If you decline, you will not be able to submit your credit application electronically.

Your Consent
Your consent applies to all of the Communications we provide to you, or that you sign or agree to, or submit at our request, in electronic form. We may also use electronic signatures and obtain them from you on any Communication. We may always, in our sole discretion, provide you with any Communication on paper and require you to provide Communications to us on paper.

System Requirements for Accessing and Retaining Information
To access and retain electronic Communications, your electronic device (such as a cellular smart phone, tablet, or computer) must be connected to the Internet, and be equipped to receive and view content featuring Portable Network Graphics (PNG)-formatted Communications on a monitor or screen. In order to utilize the mobile application, your device must be running an operating system of either iOS 9.0+ or Android 4.1.1+. To utilize the web application, you may use any of the commonly supported browsers.

You must have an active email address and current version of an email management software. You will also need electronic storage if you wish to retain records in electronic form.
Copies of the Consent to Use Electronic Records and Signatures, 50 State Disclosure and Acknowledgment, Privacy Policy, Privacy Notice, and Terms of Service are always available by clicking the Settings button on the home page in the mobile application. By providing consent, you are also agreeing that we may provide your retention copies of these Communications by making them available as part of our software application on your device.

Requesting Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any electronic Communication we have provided to you and the credit application information you have provided by contacting us at (844) 443-4646.

Withdrawing Your Consent
You may withdraw your consent to the use of electronic records and signatures at any time by closing and deleting the software application before completing and submitting your credit application. If you withdraw your consent, you will not be able to complete your credit application using your device. Your withdrawal of consent will be effective only with respect to future Communications and only after we have a reasonable period of time to act on it.

Communication with Lenders
You may communicate with any lender directly through e-mail or web portal access as provided by the lender. If you send us any communication directed to any of our lenders, we will forward that communication to the lender immediately.
